We are thrilled to announce that from September 2026, Wildern will be officially working towards the prestigious Healthy Mind UK Mental Health Award. This exciting journey reinforces our commitment to prioritising the emotional wellbeing of our entire school community.

Over the coming months, we will be implementing new initiatives to promote positive mental health, building resilience, and fostering an open, supportive environment where every student feels heard.

From enhanced peer support to staff training, this framework will help us continue to embed well-being into the very fabric of our daily school life and build on all of the work we are already doing.

Stay tuned for updates on our progress and upcoming events.

Peer Education Project

Through their work as Wildern Wellbeing Changemakers, our students completed the Mental Health Foundation’s Peer Education Project.

This has equipped our students to become wellbeing trailblazers, designing tutor sessions, assemblies and lessons for all of our students to engage with.
