Meet the Senior Leadership Team

Mr Mann provides strategic oversight for the three Trust Schools—Wildern, Deer Park, and Boorley Park—as well as the Trust’s business and community operations.

Mrs Oakley is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and operation of Wildern. She leads the Senior Team and maintains her passion for the classroom as a teacher of History.

Mr Chance oversees all aspects of student welfare, including Safeguarding and SEND. He leads our Health and Safety and SEN teams and is a member of the PE department.

Mrs Cowan leads our academic vision and curriculum design. She provides strategic management for Science, English, and Mathematics, and continues to teach Maths.

Miss Jones is responsible for the "Wildern Way," overseeing school culture and student leadership.

Mr Knight manages data systems across the Trust and within Wildern. He leads the MFL, Design Technology, Humanities, and Administrative teams, and teaches our AQA Alternative Provision course.

Mrs Thomas ensures every student is supported to attend and succeed. She leads Student Services, our internal alternative provision, and the DOPA team to foster an inclusive environment.

Mrs Warner focuses on the quality of teaching and learning across the school. She manages Communication Studies and the Creative Arts and teaches History.
