If you have a subject concern:

You may want to email the school to communicate with the subject teacher.  You can do this by using the following address: wildern@wildern.org and add to the subject line: FAO and then the subject teacher’s name.

This email will be forwarded to this teacher who will contact you to discuss your concern.

If you have a general concern:

If your concern is more general or one of a social matter, write an email using the following address: wildern@wildern.org and add to the subject line: FAO and the Tutor’s name.

This email will be forwarded to this teacher who will contact you to arrange a time to talk over the matter.

If you have a more serious concern:

If you have a more serious concern or issue to raise you may like to contact Student Services who will deal with any initial concerns and then liaise with the Director of Progress and Achievement (DoPA). You can do this by contacting the school via reception or by using the email wildern@wildern.org and add to the subject line: FAO Student Services or DOPA’s name.

Talking to a Senior Member of staff:

If for any reason you wish to talk to a Senior Member of Staff, contact the school either by telephone/email and a Senior Teacher will arrange to see you as soon as possible.

Meeting the Headteacher

The Headteacher is always pleased to meet with parents. Should you find that after contact with other staff your concern remains, please contact the school so that we can help.

Please note that the school will always endeavour to return phone calls or email within 24 hours and we will respond in writing as requested within 5-10 working days.

Wildern School respects the privacy and work/life balance of its staff. We do not expect our staff to check or respond to emails or phone messages when they are not at work, on weekends or during holidays. Teaching staff will prioritise teaching activities and we cannot guarantee your email / phone message will be read or seen the same day you send it. Office staff emails will only be read on working days and if an email has been sent after 16:00 on any working day, then it will most likely be processed the following working day.
