We believe in the importance of training the next generation of teachers. As such, we have a large cohort of trainees every year who work with experienced, highly trained mentors and coaches.

Many of our current staff trained at Wildern, including staff who are now Heads of Year and Heads of Department. We are committed to nurturing trainee teachers through their first steps into the world of teaching.
