Student Leadership takes many vibrant forms at Wildern.
Among our dedicated Changemaker groups is a team focused entirely on Kindness, whose mission is to:

Ensure everyone is heard, valued, and respected.

Spread awareness of children’s rights across the school.

Promote equal opportunities for all.

Foster a school community that deeply respects equity and equality.
The Wildern School Charter
A key part of this group's work centres on the UNICEF Convention on the Rights of the Child. The team collaborates closely with the entire school community to create the Wildern School Charter, selecting up to six core Rights that our community feels are most vital to uphold and celebrate.
Equalities and Rights Advocates (EARA)
Beyond our school gates, these students serve as Equalities and Rights Advocates (EARA). On a termly basis, they work alongside the Local Authority and peers from other schools to share innovative ideas, collaborate on initiatives, and deepen their understanding of global rights and advocacy.
